We built LeadForge to deliver real pipeline — not to lock you into contracts. If we ever fall short, you get your money back instantly, and your Pro access continues uninterrupted until the end of your billing cycle.

Instant Refunds
Refunds are processed instantly back to your original payment method. No forms, no friction, no waiting weeks for a finance team to respond.
Keep Pro Until Cycle Ends
When you refund, your Pro account stays fully active until the end of your current billing period. You paid for it — you keep it.
No questions. No hoops. No hard feelings.
Most companies bury refund policies in legalese to discourage you from asking. We do the opposite. If you're not getting value from LeadForge — for any reason, at any time — request a refund and we'll process it immediately. We'd rather earn your business back later than hold money you don't think we deserve.

Email support or use the in-app help. Tell us as much or as little as you'd like — feedback helps us improve, but it's never required to get your money back.
We process it instantly
Your refund is issued to the original payment method the moment we receive your request. Your bank typically reflects the credit within 1–5 business days, depending on their own processing times — that part is out of our hands.
Pro access continues until cycle ends
You don't lose anything you've already paid for. Your Pro tier stays fully active — agents running, leads flowing, integrations live — through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account gracefully transitions to the Free tier.

Eligibility
Refunds apply to LeadForge AI subscription charges (monthly or annual Pro plans). Both new and recurring subscription payments are eligible — we don't gate refunds behind a 7-day or 30-day window. If you're paying us, you can request a refund.
Annual subscriptions
For annual plans, we'll refund the unused portion of your prepaid term, prorated from the day you submit your request. Pro features remain active for the remainder of the month you're currently in, then your account moves to the Free tier.
Third-party usage costs
Costs you've already incurred through connected third-party services (e.g. email sending volume, data enrichment credits consumed, AI model usage) are not refundable by us — those have been spent on your behalf with external providers. Your LeadForge subscription fee itself is fully refundable.
Cancellation vs refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you'd like the current period refunded as well, just let us know.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles or accounts found to be in violation of our acceptable use policy. In practice, this almost never comes up.
